Return Policy for Lucky Girls Club Miami

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Final Sale Items: We do not accept returns on final sale items.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team on our website through the "Need Help?" Button on the lower right of your screen or at luckygirlsclubmiami@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
